Seymour Droughtmasters is located at "Westbank" on the beautiful Mary River. "Westbank" has been in the Orphant Family since the area was first settled.

Rob and Kirstie made the decision to start a Droughtmaster Stud in 2015. They decided it would be nice to recognise the past and reactivate "Seymour Droughtmasters".

2018 saw the establishment of 2 Junior Studs, "Seymour R & Seymour T". Riley & Thomas are 3 generation Droughtmaster breeders and are very passionate and involved in the breeding and the daily operations of the Seymour Droughtmaster Herd.

Seymour Droughtmasters are grown on the banks of the Mary River between Gympie and Maryborough.

We strive to breed functional, fertile, well-muscled and structurally correct cattle.

Elite genetics have been sourced and utilised in IVF programs.
